Our second garden community is Ceibeta. There are 27 families participating in this project. To participate they have to agree to receive training, spiritually, techically and emotionally.

I was able to go to see their first gardens in December 09 and together we had a celbration. I was also able to bless the families with a new bible, notebook and pens. This community continues to grow in Christ while they are growing their own foods. Check out the lastest pictures here.

Some history...

In July 09 when I first visited Ceibeta our intentions were to only go there and distribute the tools and other supplies we brought them but a team member recommended we give out gospel braclets that I had in our bags. I walked them through the gospel using the braclets and over 50 people accept Jesus as their Savior.

Already this community is headed down the right path. Pray for them.
